Our fee schedule focuses on keep large jobs at a reasonable rate, while providing the funds we need to keep the service running via the smaller jobs.
1st Hour: $80.00 / 2nd Hour: $60.00 / 3rd Hour: $50.00 / 4th Hour: $40.00 / 5th Hour+: $30.00/hr
We charge in 1/2 hour blocks for the first hour, and then 1/4 hour blocks thereafter.

If the scope of the work is similar to that of home call outs, we will use the same pricing schedule as above.
However, business computing can have a very different scope, and therefore we are willing to make specific agreements with each company based on the amount of work expected and what works for both of us.

We have a call out fee that is based on the distance and time it takes to get to your location from Murgon.

Depending on how flexible you can be in regards to your appointment time we do everything in our power to keep these fees to a minimum.
On this basis we have 5 availability options you can choose from when booking your appointment:
1) You are available only at scheduled time:
You are booked in for the time we mutually agree upon.
This provides you with a more definite arrival time, but means you will pay the full call out fee.
2) You are available any time in the morning:
Selecting this option means we will take the shortest route possible between all our morning customers, and therefore share the call out fee between the same customers.
3) You are available any time in the afternoon:
Selecting this option means we will take the shortest route possible between all our afternoon customers, and therefore share the call out fee between the same customers.
4) You are available all day:
Selecting this option means we will take the shortest route possible between all customers on a given day, and therefore share the call out fee between the same customers.
5) You are happy to wait until we are in the area:
If you are happy to wait until we know we have other customers in your area, this option provides for the best chance of low call out fees as we can match you with customers close to your area.
It may also allow us the opportunity to use unbooked appointment time, should we decide travelling partially at our own expense is worth it to avoid time wastage our end.

We will also mention that opportunities may arise for us to provide you with free or very low call out fees on some occasions. Our technician travels these routes regularly for personal reasons, and if we can find a mutually workable time, we all benefit if our technician can do a job or two on the way through. If you want to take advantage of this offer, simply book indicating that you are happy to wait until we are in the area.
