  • 1. We can only solve software issues.
  • 2. You will need a reliable internet connection.
  • 3. If your computer is running very slow then fixing remotely will be a tedious task.

  • 1. It will save you our call out fee.
  • 2. We charge in 1/4 hour blocks, enabling a low cost solution to small issues.

SECURITY

  • We or anyone else can only access your computer while you have the remove software running.
  • It is advised to have it running only when you need us to access your computer.

HOURLY RATES

* * *

  • Our fee schedule focuses on keeping large jobs at a reasonable rate, while providing
    the funds we need to keep the service running via the smaller jobs.

  • 1st Hour: $80.00 / 2nd Hour: $60.00 / 3rd Hour: $50.00 / 4th Hour: $40.00 / 5th Hour+: $30.00/hr

  • We charge in 1/4 hour blocks.

Discounted Rates

  • To allow our Mobile Computer Repair business to operate alongside this service we also need
    to encourage flexibility for our Remote assistance bookings.

  • For this reason we offer discounts on the hourly rates.

  • On this basis we have 5 availability options you can choose from when booking your appointment:

1) You are available only at scheduled time:

  • You are booked in for the time we mutually agree upon.

  • This provides you with a more definite appointment time, but means you will pay the full hourly rate.

2) You are available any time in the morning:

  • Selecting this option means we will contact you in the morning on the day you select.

  • This allows us to give you a 20% discount on the hourly rates advertised previously.

3) You are available any time in the afternoon:

  • Selecting this option means we will contact you in the morning on the day you select.

  • This allows us to give you a 20% discount on the hourly rates advertised previously.

4) You are available all day:

  • Selecting this option means we will contact at any time on the day you select.

  • This allows us to give you a 40% discount on the hourly rates advertised previously.

5) You are happy to wait until we are in the area:

  • You will still have this option available to you when you book, but in terms of the remote assistance service we will interpret it to mean that we are free to contact you at our convenience. This will allow us to offer you a 50% discount. On the hourly rates advertised previously

HOURS OF OPERATION

  • We operate on an appointment only basis.

  • However, you may call anytime during:
  • 9am-5pm Sunday to Thursday or 9am-4pm Friday
